Pre-defined Work process

  • You send us the required files
  • We mail you the quote in one working day along with a benchmark sample for quality approval.
  • You provide us the work order with the advance
  • A team is appointed within 24 hours of receiving the items in point 3
  • A detailed project analysis with time line breakups along with the direct contact no of the project in charge is sent to you and the management as well.
  • At the first milestone, the draft cut of the animation is mailed to you (the entire mail group)
  • We have included 2 days for the review in our time-lines. Anything beyond that will add to the delivery time line
  • We expect the comments (if any) along with the due payment within next 2 days.
  • If required, we go through the one revision round as committed in our contract.
  • We expect the final approval along with the due payment in next 2 days time to go ahead with the final rendering
  • On the completion of items in point 10, we assign the project to the rendering team and then to the post production team.
  • You get a link to the final walk through on YouTube.
  • You release the final due payment in next 2 days.
  • We send you the down-loadable link of hi-res walkthrough in 1 working days time
  • We will be all ears if you need more support from us.
  • A feedback form and refferal form is sent to you for your precious comments on our improvisation and your promotional recommendation to your network
